Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and Brussels sprouts. Sauté until golden and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add diced apple and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Drizzle honey over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. Top with crispy bacon before serving.
