In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and Brussels sprouts. Sauté until golden and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add diced apple and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
Drizzle honey over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Top with crispy bacon before serving.
