Peach Pretzel Jell-O Salad

Ingredients
For the Crust
2 cups crushed pretzels
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cream Layer
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
For the Jell-O Layer
1 package (6 oz) peach-flavored Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 cup sliced fresh or canned peaches
Instructions
For the Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
For the Cream Layer
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
For the Jell-O Layer
In a large bowl, dissolve peach-flavored Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then add peach slices.
Carefully pour the Jell-O mixture over the cream layer. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
