Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked broccoli, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, soup, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle this topping over the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
