Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
Stir in the gluten-free pasta, almond milk, beef broth, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and paprika.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
