Roll out the pie crust and place it in the crock pot, gently pressing it up the sides.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the center is set.
