Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, salmon, peas, cheddar cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top, if using.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
