Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Add chili powder and cumin, stirring for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in cooked chicken, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, corn, and cheese.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with sour cream and tortilla chips.
