Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large ovenproof dish, combine the rice, vegetable broth, water, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well mixed, then spread the rice mixture evenly across the dish.
Place the vegan meatballs on top of the rice mixture, spacing them evenly.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil, add the frozen peas and grated vegan cheese if desired, then bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before serving.
