Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, onion, carrots, celery, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
Drop the biscuit dough balls on top of the chicken mixture.
