Ingredients

  • 2 turkey tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the turkey tenderloins with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the tenderloins.
  5. Place the tenderloins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.
  6. Add lemon slices around the tenderloins for extra flavor.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the tenderloins rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
