Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup M&Ms, divided (half for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in sour cream and fold in half the M&Ms.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle remaining M&Ms on top for decoration.
