Ingredients

  • 4 oz dried pollock (bugeopo), shredded
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Rehydrate dried pollock in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain and gently squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice syrup, sesame oil, and garlic to make the sauce.
  3. Toss the rehydrated pollock with the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
