In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly. Top with sliced strawberries and kiwi.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve chilled.
