Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create a slurry, then stir it into the skillet. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
