Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning, chili beans, and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Layer half of the Fritos in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Top with the beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.
Add the remaining Fritos on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
