Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
