Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • Fresh salsa for serving
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms, cumin, and smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté mushrooms until tender and browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Serve the mushrooms on warm tortillas. Top with fresh salsa, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
