In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
Coat the pork spare ribs evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for better flavor.
Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
