Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, chicken broth, and sour cream until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
Serve with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
