Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
While the brownie base bakes, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and heavy cream until combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the slightly cooled brownie base.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream, hot fudge sauce, cherries, and sprinkles before serving.
