Layer the ingredients in each oven-safe bowl: start with a strip of lasagna noodle, followed by the ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until bowls are full.
Top each bowl with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
